Ingredients:
6 measuring spoons of Rebuild Strength.
1 measuring spoon of Rebuild Strength for garnish.
2 tablespoons of chia seeds, 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk.
1/2 cup of prunes (about 14).
1/2 cup of raisins, 1 cup of dark chocolate chips.
1/4 cup of almond butter.
1/2 cup of rolled oats.
2 tablespoons of vanilla extract.
2 tablespoons of honey.
1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder.

Preparation method:
Mix the chia seeds with the almond milk and let it sit. Combine the raisins, prunes, and oats. Add the vanilla, honey, almond butter, and chocolate chips to this mixture. Add the chia seed and almond milk mixture and combine until smooth. Form into compact balls and let rest. Mix one tablespoon of Rebuild Strength with cocoa powder in a small bowl and roll the balls in the mixture.

2 scoops of Formula 1 Chocolate Hazelnut Nutritional Shake
2 scoops of Herbalife Nutrition Protein Powder
1/2 cup of water
6 scoops of skim milk*
1 egg

Preparation method:
Place the egg, skim milk, and water in a large mug. Mix well. Add the Formula 1 Chocolate Hazelnut Nutritional Shake and the Protein Powder. Mix until well combined. Place the mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes on high. Garnish with your favorite fruit before serving.

*Only if you are tolerant. Skim milk can be substituted with soy milk or almond milk.
